What's behind the tracker

For each company in an offer period, M&A Monitor maintains a full transaction record designed to support valuation and precedent analysis, including a comprehensive narrative and background to the development and progression of each deal. The database also tracks all Rule 8.3 disclosures for each offer period, allowing detailed analysis of shareholder behaviour and trading activity.
